Add yeast and sugar to Luke warm water and stir keep aside for 10 minutes

In a bowl add whole wheat four, flour, semolina olive oil and salt

After 10 mins stir the yeast once again and add to the flour mixture

Knead the flour in a dough or use a hand blender to do so.

Keep the dough in a warm place like inside an oven (do not switch on the oven yet) giving the dough rise for 1 hour

Pre-heat oven to 220 degree Celsius. In a baking tin set the dough

After 20 to 30 mins check the bread. If the bread slides out of the tin and sound follow it's done
