Ingredients

Bake
  1. 1 tspsugar
  2. 300 mllukewarm water
  3. 1 cupWhole wheat flour
  4. 1and a half cup flour
  5. halfcup semolina
  6. 1fourth cup sorghum
  7. 1fourth cup pearl millet
  8. 1fourth cup finger millet
  9. 1fourth cup black soya
  10. 1and a half tsp salt
  11. 2 tbspolive oil
  12. 1 tspsugar
  13. 300 mllukewarm water
  14. 1 cupWhole wheat flour
  15. 1&1/2 cup flour
  16. 1/4 cupfinger millet
  17. 1/4 cuppearl millet
  18. 1/4 cupsorghum
  19. 1& 1/2 tsp salt
  20. 2 tbspOlive Oil

Steps

Bake
  1. 1

    Add yeast and sugar to Luke warm water and set aside for 10 mins.

  2. 2

    In a bowl mix all types of flour, add salt, olive oil and yeast water to it and make a dough

  3. 3

    Make a dough and let it sit for one hour in a warm place to rise

  4. 4

    Pre-Heat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.

  5. 5

    After one hour when the dough has risen set it in a greased and dusted baking tin.

  6. 6

    Bake for 20 to 30 mins. Once the crust becomes golden brown then remove the bread from the tin.

  7. 7

    If the bread is bakes it will slide out of the tin easily and will sound hollow if you hit the base of the bread.

  8. 8

    Let the bread cool down for 15 to 20 mins and then cut it into slices
