Simple Mutligrain Bread

Add yeast and sugar to Luke warm water and set aside for 10 mins.

In a bowl mix all types of flour, add salt, olive oil and yeast water to it and make a dough

Make a dough and let it sit for one hour in a warm place to rise

Pre-Heat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.

After one hour when the dough has risen set it in a greased and dusted baking tin.

Bake for 20 to 30 mins. Once the crust becomes golden brown then remove the bread from the tin.

If the bread is bakes it will slide out of the tin easily and will sound hollow if you hit the base of the bread.

Let the bread cool down for 15 to 20 mins and then cut it into slices
