Steps

Wash rice and soak for 1/2 hr

Boil milk and add rice into it

Boil till rice become very soft

Grate carrots and mix into milk mixture

Cook till carrots become soft

Now slowly smush rice and carrots together

Add sugar, cardamon, raisins and coconut

Cook till mixture thickened and desired consistency achieved. (don't smush carrots too much and avoid blender as well)

Dish out and let it cool. Decorate as you want and serve to your family when it become chilled
