Steps

For syrup: In a pan mix water and sugar and bring it to a boil. As it boils add saffron and elaichi.

For Gulab jamun: mix all dry and wet ingredients in a bowl and then make small balls.

In a deep pan, heat oil for frying and fry them for 5-6 minutes until golden brown on a low flame.(in batches)

As soon as the jamun’s are done transfer them to sugar syrup on a very low flame.

Serve it with some topping of dry fruits like pistachio and enjoy!!!
