Take oil in pan then add freshly grinded cardamom, stir fry for 1 min

Now add carrots and fry for 5 mins till color changes

Now add add sugar and Comelle and let it cook for 10-12 mins till water is dried

Finally add powdered milk, almonds, pista and kewra and cook for 2 mins

Halwa is ready to eat
