Crispy Capsicum

First cut each green capsicum(no. 4) into half, so 8 capsicums parts are now ready to cook.

Chop red, green and yellow capsicums. Now chop onion, tomato, green chilis and garlic into small pieces.

Take a pan and pour oil in the pan. Then add kesri methi in hot oil and add boiled potatoes.Then smash the potatoes.

Now add all the chopped vegetables,little meyonese and ginger paste with the smashed potatoes. Add salt with the smashed potatoes. Cook for 10 mins.

Now take a another flat non-stick pan and give butter on the pan.

Now fill up all the half capsicums with the potatoes stuff. Now make a batter by mixing rice powder, cornflour and required water.

Now dip each stuffed capsicum into the batter and place these on the pan. Shallow fry is done on butter and now ready all the crispy capsicums. Decorate with some mayonnaise
