  • 1/2 cupChicken chunks or tikka chunks homemade
  • 1/2 cupsalad leaves chopped
  • 1tomato cut in cubes
  • 1cucumber cubed
  • 4-5olives
  • 1large carrot in cubes
  • 1 tbspyogurt
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tbspolive oil
  • 1/4 tspblack pepper crushed
  • Pinchsugar

    Cut all the veggies and put in a bowl.

    Prepare salad dressing by mixing lemon juice,yogurt,black pepper,sugar.

    Put the chicken chunks,veggies and dressing together and toss it well.
