It's another busy week, so here's a quick and easy recipe for lazy days. Using a small microwave-safe container, you can cook frozen dumplings in the microwave—it's convenient and delicious, and you can get other things done while you wait.

Place the frozen dumplings in a small microwave-safe container. For extra flavor, you can add a little sesame oil.

Add drinking water until it covers half of the dumplings. (Make sure all the dumplings are at least partially submerged.)

Cover with the lid and microwave for 4 minutes. After 4 minutes, take out the container, flip the dumplings so the ones that weren't submerged are now on the bottom, then microwave for another 3–4 minutes.

Check to make sure the dumplings are fully cooked. Once done, cover with the lid, drain the water, and serve.
