First take the boiled potatoes and mash it

To that add corn, cheese, fresh coriander, salt, red chilli powder, black pepper, mixed herbs, chaat masala and garam masala.

Mix all ingredients well with stiff spatula or with hands.

Now for breadcrums grind 6-7 breads in mixer and take it in a bowl.

Now we will start assembling it.

Take some portion of dough from aloo mixture, flatten it with hands and add some peice of mozerella cheese and make its ball.

Now add the ball in the maida coating.

Now roll the balls over the breadcrums evenly.

Now fry the balls on the low- medium flame until crisp and golden brown

Tasty cheese corn balls are ready......Serve it with green chilli sauce, tomato sauce etc etc etc...........

Now for making maida mixture add maida and cornflour in a bowl and to that add enough water to make a paste
