Take a pan heat it now add peanuts dry roast for 2 mins keep aside.

In same pan add some oil now add karo leave and rai for 30sec now add all chopped vegetables in to it saute for 4-5 mins in medium flame.

Now add dry ingredients,like haldi, mirchi, garam masala, salt and sugar,mix well

Now add poha, peanut kismis mix all together, and cover it for 5 min in low flame

Our poha is ready to eat now serve it sprinkle some namkin on the top and garnish with some chopped onion
