This is easy to make. Day-old bread works best for making the croutons.

Cut the sandwich bread into circles or slice the baguette into rounds. Brush a little melted butter on the bread and toast it on a skillet or in the oven.

Mix the crab meat with the onion, cilantro, mayonnaise, and black pepper.

Place a slice of tomato on each piece of toasted bread, top with the crab salad, and garnish with cilantro.

You can also make this with tuna, chicken, abalone, mackerel, egg, cheese, ham, or other ingredients.
