Steps

Take a pan or deep pot,add milk.Switch on the gas let it be on low flame till the consistency of milk is thickened. In between check and stir. In between Scrape the sides part of pan,as malai of milk sticks on the sides.

Once the milk is almost reduced to half,add milk powder.Mix it nicely.

Then add 3 tablespoon of condensed milk or according to taste. Mix well.

Add elaichi powder. Switch off the heat.Let it cool down little then refrigerate it for 2 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

By the time coarsely crush biscuits in mixer jar or using hands.

Once biscuits are crushed well add 1 tablespoon butter 3 to 4 tablespoon milk and 2 tablespoons condensed milk in crushed biscuits. Mix everything properly.

Now take a tart container,set the biscuits in tart container shape keeping space in center for pouring fruit rabri.

Let it set in refrigerator for 1 to 11/2 hours.

Wash the fresh fruits well in running water. Cut into desired shape and sized.

Once the rabri is chilled and while serving add chopped fresh fruits

Take out tart from refrigerator once it has set properly. Gently push from the bottom so that biscuits in tart shape in formed and comes out easily. Tranfer tart into a plate.Pour rabri in tart.

Add chopped fresh fruits.Also garnish with strawberries.

Serve chilled.
