Steamed Lemon Loaf Cake 🍰

In bowl,place all-purpose flour,baking powder and sift 3-4 times together and mix well.set aside.
Take a mixing bowl add butter and beat well till butter looks pale. Add sugar mix it again till both well combined. - 2
Add 2 eggs and vanilla extract mix again then add sifted flour and beat well until all combined well.
Place grease proof paper, buttered,in 9” inch baking pan and grease it with butter.
Pour batter into baking pan and tap the pan on the kitchen counter a few times this method to help get rid of air bubbles and set aside. - 3
In pot,add 6 cups of water,place wire rack (2-3 inches high),cover and preheat on high flame for 5-10 minutes. cover with foil tin ( if you don’t have foil tin and cover with lid tight then steamed on medium low flame for 40-45 minutes.
Insert a tooth pick/stick in baked cake if it comes out clean,cake is done. - 4
Cool down completely.
Take a small bowl add 2 tbsp lemon or lime juice add 6 tbsp icing sugar mix well with fork or spoon make a smooth paste.
Put cake on any plate and pour lemon frosting over cake let it rest for about 30 minutes then serve. Enjoy with your favourite drink 🍹☕️🥛🍸🥤🍷 - 5
