  1. 米 Rice
  2. 鲜虾 Fresh shrimp
  3. 鱼片切块 Fish fillet (cut into cubes)
  4. 番茄切块 Tomato (in cubes)
  5. 灯笼椒切块 Capsicum (in cubes)
  6. 蘑菇 Button mushroom
  7. 芹菜 Celery
  8. 番茄酱 Ketchup
  9. 胡椒粉,盐,黄姜粉 Pepper powder, salt, turmeric powder
  10. 蒜头切片 Garlic (cut into slices)

Cooking Instructions

    把少许盐和胡椒粉撒在鱼片上 Add some salt & pepper powder on fish fillet cubes

  2. 2

    热锅加油,加入鱼片,蒜头片,鲜虾 Heat oil and add in fish fillet cubes, garlic slices, fresh shrimp

    加入蘑菇,番茄,灯笼椒 Add mushroom, tomato, capsicum

  4. 4

    混合番茄酱,黄姜粉。加入锅中翻炒 Mix ketchup with turmeric powder, and add into pan

  5. 5

    加入一杯百米,清水,煮10分钟 Add one cup of rice and plain water, cook for 10mins

  6. 6

    加入芹菜,小火焖5分钟直到水干 Add celery, and cook for 5mins with low heat
