Take 1 cup makhana.

Take almonds, peanuts, and elaichi.

Dry roast makhana on low flame till nice crispy. It takes around 5 mins. Remove and keep aside.

Dry roast almonds also on low flame for 2-3 mins. Remove in a bowl.

Dry roast peanuts also on low flame till you get slightly black spots. Remove in a bowl.

Take all ingredients together.

In a grinder add all the ingredients along with sugar and pods of ealichi.

Grind everything to a fine powder.

Take 2 cups of milk and add it to the powdered mixture and blend.

Remove in glass and garnish with some pumpkin seeds and finely chopped almonds.
