Cooking Instructions

Firstly cut mushrooms into half n boil it for 7-8 mins.n strain all water..

Take onions, tomato,green chilli,ginger n garlic..cut it n make a fine paste..n cut 1 onion in dices.

Take a kadhai,add oil or ghee,,add jeera.n add grind paste..n after 1 min add diced onions..n cook until oil releases..

Now add all dry spices..n cook for 2 min.n then add fresh malai n mix well.. all d oil is released now..

Add 1 cup water or acc to consistentcy..n add mushrooms n cook until 2 boils on high flame n now slow down d flame n cook until it thickens..

Now add butter n cook well..n serve with roti,paratha,naan or lacchha paratha..
