Take clean spinach leaves wash them and dust off extra water

Mix baisan with spices and make paste with water. Not too thin and not too thick. Leave it for few minutes

Dip the spinach leaves in baisan batter and add in hot oil. Dnt cluster the wok. Turn once when fried golden from one side

Enjoy the crispy leafy palak pakooras with ketchup or chutney of your choice.
