Ingredients

  1. 6 cupsFlour
  2. 1 cupSugar
  3. 1 table spoonYeast
  4. Powdered milk half cup
  5. Oil
  6. Salt
  7. Water

    Add the yeast and the milk to the warm water and set aside for 5 minutes

    Add the flour in a bowl with the sugar and the oil and a pinch of salt

  3. 3

    Mix the wet ingredient together with the dry ingredient and knead the dough for at least 7 minutes

    Cover the mixture and set in a warm place to rise at least 45minutes-1hour or till dough double in size

  5. 5

    Roll the dough and cut with doughnut cutter then cover with clean cloth and let to rise again

  6. 6

    Fry in a hot deep oil until brown

  7. 7

    Serve it with pineapple or chilled zobo
