Chop cabbage coriander n take in a paraat. Now mix all masala n flour. Add oil salt n curd mix properly.

Now make all muthiya n steam for 5-7 min. Take out from steamer n keep a side. N cut into pieces.

Mean while prepare marination:- Take mint coriander Chutney curd besan salt dry mint powder red chilli powder garam masala oil chaat masala chilli ginger garlic paste mix well. Now add capsicum piece onion piece n muthiya piece. Merinate for30 min.

Now heat tawa spread oil attach onion muthiya n capsicum piece in a saate stick n sizzle from both sides. Sprinkle chaat masala n Serve hot.
