Ingredients

  2. Chicken or beef, as available
  3. 2carrots
  4. 2turnips
  5. 1/4cabbage
  6. 2zucchinis
  7. 2tomatoes
  8. 1onion
  9. 1/4pumpkin
  10. 1 teaspoonblack pepper
  11. 1 tablespoonginger
  12. 1 tablespoonturmeric
  13. 1/4 cupolive oil or table oil and ghee
  14. Salt

    Chop the onion into squares and add them to the pot with the oil, sauté the onion well over low heat
