Cooking Instructions

Take the couscous pot

Add the oil with a little salt

Chop the onion into squares and add them to the pot with the oil, sauté the onion well over low heat

Add the meat or chicken and sauté well

Add all the spices and mix everything well

Add tied cilantro and parsley

Add 1 cup of water and let it boil a little, then add a cup of chickpeas that have been soaked beforehand

Clean all the vegetables and wash them again

Put them all in the pot and add water until the vegetables are slightly covered

Take the semolina, sprinkle it with oil or water, and rub it with your hands or pass it through a sieve with large holes

Place it in the special couscous steamer

Leave it for half an hour

Remove it and place it in a large bowl, sprinkle it with water, add salt to the semolina, and return it to steam a second time

Grate the tomatoes and add them on top of the vegetables, add more black pepper on top

Take the semolina again, sprinkle it, and let it sit well, then return it to steam for the final time

Place it in a large bowl, add ghee, and mix it well

Add ghee to the vegetables and start arranging the vegetables and meat... Enjoy your meal
