White chocolate chip raspberry cheesecake cookies

I'm from Chicago and moved to Texas and I can't find a subway that makes raspberry cheesecake cookies
So I took it upon my self and went to Pinterest to find the recipe and here it is

Ingredients

2 (7 oz.)boxes of raspberry muffin mix. (Jiffy or other brand will do just fine)
1/2 tspbaking soda
4 ozcream cheese (room temperature)
4 ozunsalted butter (room temperature)
1/4 cuplight brown sugar (firmly packed)
2large eggs
1 1/2 cupswhite chocolate chips

Combine butter and cream cheese until blended.

Add eggs, baking soda and brown sugar; mix until blended.

Add Jiffy muffin mix and chips. Mix until blended.

Place in refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

Scoop onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper placing 2 inches apart. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. Depending on your oven may take more time
