Ingredients

  • 2 (7 oz.)boxes of raspberry muffin mix. (Jiffy or other brand will do just fine)
  • 1/2 tspbaking soda
  • 4 ozcream cheese (room temperature)
  • 4 ozunsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 1/4 cuplight brown sugar (firmly packed)
  • 2large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cupswhite chocolate chips

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine butter and cream cheese until blended.

  2. 2

    Add eggs, baking soda and brown sugar; mix until blended.

  3. 3

    Add Jiffy muffin mix and chips. Mix until blended.

  4. 4

    Place in refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

  5. 5

    Scoop onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper placing 2 inches apart. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. Depending on your oven may take more time
