Dip jaggery in water and keep it dipped overnight

Add 1 tbsp ghee in flour that you have taken and pour jaggery water(soaked overnight) in it and make a dough..

Keep this dough in sunlight for 3 hrs..

Make small balls of dough and flattened it using rolling pin and deep fry it in oil until it gets brown...

It should be neither too thick nor too thin...

Jaggery bhaturas are ready.serve it with pickle.
