Soy Sauce Chicken - Easy Hawaiian Dish

I got this recipe from my grandmother who is a Japanese descendant living in Hawaii. She is originally from Okinawa so she used brown sugar. This is an easy recipe for any Hawaii lovers to cook. You will always find this popular dish at any party. Every family has its own recipe and everybody loves it. If you have any brown sugar at home that you got as a souvenir, you can make Hawaiian food with it!

Tip: Rinse the defrosted chicken very well with water.
Hint: You get this taste and "shine" by using brown sugar that is rich in minerals. Recipe by Aroharokomoko
