Steps

Take flour in large mixing bowl.

Add all the spices in it mix it well and knead a dough.medium type.

Keep it for rest.15-20 minutes.

Pick a small ball from the dough.and roll it and make a roti of it.

Heat a griddle and keep roti on it. Shallow fry it from both the sides by flipping it.

Pour ghee from sides while frying it. fry crispy

Remove it from flame.

You can serve it hot as well as cold. You can preserve this roties for 3-4 days.
