For chicken masala: Heat oil saute chicken with ginger garlic paste and chopped green chillies. Add half tomatoes and saute. Add in all spice and mix well.

Add tamarind pulp and yogurt. Mix well. Cook on slow Flame till chicken tender. Add remaining tomatoes and chopped coriander leaves.

Cook for 10 minutes. Lastly sprinkle chaat masala and squeeze lemon juice. Serve with tawa garlic naan.

For tawa garlic naan:In a bowl add flour. Add in salt, sugar, baking powder and yogurt. Mix well. Add oil. Knead a dough with the help of water. Leave it for 30 minutes in warm place.

Make your tawa hot. Make naan shaped roti, sprinkle coriander leaves and chopped garlic. Slightly press and then put water on the side which you are going to put on tawa so it stick then turn your tawa on Flame when you see bubbles your naan will not fall as it is stick on tawa.

When done brush with ghee or butter. Serve with chicken masala.
