Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the daikon and chop into chunks or half-moons about 1.5 - 2 cm in thickness (or thinly slice).

  2. 2

    Put the daikon in a heatproof dish and add about 1cm of water. Cover with a lid or cling film, and microwave for about 6-7 minutes.
