Ingredients

20 minutes
4 servings
  • 2 cupBesan/gram flour
  • 1/2 cupwater
  • 1/2 cupOil
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp Carom seeds
  • 1 tBlack pepper roughly crushed
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededOil to fry

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Take all ingredients together. Take oil and water together and mix it well until it becomes white. Add soda in that and mix it again. Use this water to bind. Give rest for 30 minutes.

    Roll it and shape it. I couldn't take photos at that time as no one was there to assist. Fry it on low flame. Serve with Jalebi.
