Cut carrots into pieces.Add milk and cook on low flame for 10 minutes.

Mash carrots.

Heat a heavy bottomed kadahi,add ghee and cardemoms.Add carrots.Stir with a heavy ladle/kafgeer

Cook on low-medium flame till moisture reduced.Stir in between.Add sugar and stir ttill carrot is thick It will take 15-20 minutes.

When carrot is thick,add khoya and stir well.

Add dry fruits also.Cook on low flame for 10-15 minutes or till ghee seperates.

Put off flame,add kewra water and garnish with some dry fruits and silver foil(optional)

Serve.
