Ingredients

2 to 4 servings
  • 500 gmjowari atta
  • 100gmsGreen chopped green garlic
  • 150 gmmethi chopped
  • 1 tspsugar.
  • 2tsp jaggery
  • 4 tspcurd
  • 3-4 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 5 tsptil
  • 1/2 tsp soda
  • as requiredDry spices like turmeric powder red chilli powder dhanajira powder
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 7tspOil for flour and tempering
  • 2tspRai.
  • 1jeera.
  • 1/2 tsp hing
  • 4-5 kadipatta

    Take a bowl.. Add jowar atta add all dry ingredients and ginger garlic paste and chopped green garlic and methi leaves

    Knead into dough and give shape like muthiya

    Now boil for abt 20 to 25min and let cool down and cut into pieces as shown

    Now take another bowl and add oil..Do tempering and add pieces of nuthouse and mix well...add some sugar and salt
