Cooking Instructions

Firstly boiled the potatoes and mash it.

Add the peri peri masala and coriander leaves add black salt,chilli powder mix it well make a soft potatoes dough.

Heat the pan spread the potatoes mixture over the bread slices cover with another slicez of bread.
- 4
Grease the bread both side with ghee and grill in a toaster or pan as you preferred.
- 5
It is ready to serve with sauce.
