Cooking Instructions

Take pan and add ghee.
When ghee melts add mustard seeds. - 2
When they crackle add chopped onion and saute.

Add Masalas and boiled, mashed potatoes and mix well.
Add green coriander leaves and mix well. - 4
Mix all ingredients and prepare the mixture.

Take 2 slices of bread and apply the mixture.

Place with another bread slice and apply butter generously

Place them in a sandwich maker and let them cook till golden brown and crisp from both the sides.

Sandwich is ready. Serve with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
