Ingredients: Chop all vegetables into cubes.

In a bowl,add eggs and whisk well.

Add namak, lal mirch powder, haldee powder in bowl.

And add lal mirch (crushed). whisk well and set aside.

In a frying pan,add cooking oil, chopped aloo and mix.

Add namak and lal mirch powder and fry for 2-3 mins.

Add piyaz and Hari mirch.

Then add tamatar and gajar. Mix well and cook for 3-4 mins.

In egg mixture, add cooked vegetables and mix well.

In Frying pan, add cooking oil, egg omelette mixture and spread evenly, cover and cook on low flame for 5-6 minutes then flip and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Serve with bread or paratha.
