Button Mushrooms with Anchovies and Garlic

I love mushrooms so I always have button mushrooms on hand. I made an easy side dish using my favorite ingredients.
Shiitake or any other mushroom will also taste delicious with this seasoning. Since anchovies already contain salt, you don't need to add extra. Recipe by KT121

Remove the dirt from the mushrooms with a cloth. Cut off the stems.

Add the olive oil and garlic to a frying pan and turn on the heat. Once fragrant, add the anchovies and use a wooden spoon to break them apart as they cook.

Add the mushrooms and coat with the oil. Add the white wine, cover with a lid, and steam on low heat.

Once the mushrooms have cooked, season with black pepper. Sprinkle in some parsley, give it a quick stir, and then it's done.
