Steps

Leave the skin on the kabocha and cut roughly into smaller pieces. Heat in a microwave until it becomes soft.

Roughly chop up one boiled egg. Slice the other boiled egg to use as decoration.

Add the kabocha,chopped boiled egg, fried onions and flavoring into a bowl and mix well.

Arrange on a plate and garnish with the boiled egg slices. You're done.
