Shahi paneer is bhi tasty & delicious recipe. It is made in onion & tomato garlic creamy gravy with paneer. Adding khoya & malai giving a creamy tasty texture.
Steps

First, cut the paneer into small pieces.

Peel off onion &wash tomato garlic ginger green chili & coriander leaves.

Cut all ingredients into small pieces.

Keep all in the mixie jar. Grind it. Make a fine puree.

Take a vessel. Add oil & heat. Add cumin seeds & crackle.

Add puree. add spices. Add turmeric powder red chili powder garam masala paneer masala.

Stir it continuously, add malai.

Add curd in gravy. Cook well properly.

Mix well properly. Add salt & kasoori methi.

Add sugar. Add khoya & stir till gravy remove oil.

Add water as needed. Add paneer pieces. Cook in medium flame.

Ready shahi paneer in creamy gravy. Transfer into a bowl. Garnish with chopped coriander. Serve with nan & Missi roti.
