  • 250 gmChicken Boneless cubes
  • Oil as required
  • Marinade 1
  • 1/2 tspBaking powder
  • 1/4 tspMeat tenderizer
  • 1 tspLemon juice
  • 2Marinade
  • 1 tspSalt(to taste)
  • 1/4 tspWhitepepper powder
  • 1/2 tspBlackpepper powder
  • 1/4 cupCurd
  • 1/4 cupCream
  • 4Garlic cloves
  • 1Ginger piece of 1/2 inch
  • 3-4Green Chillies
  • 1/2 bunchFresh Coriander
  • 1/2 tspRoasted Coriander seeds
  • 1/2 tspRoasted Cumin seeds
  • 6-8Almonds
  • PinchSaffron

  1. 1

    Cut boneless chicken in cubes.pat dry with kitchen towel.keep chicken in marinade 1 till prepare marinade 2.blanch almond for 5 minute & remove skin

    Add garlic,ginger,green chilli, coriander,cumin,coriander,almonds,curd,salt,white+blackpepper powder in blander & make fine paste.mix cream in it with spoon.now marinate chicken in this paste for least one hour up to overnight.more marination more flavour.do taste marinade & adjust seasoning.I use fresh ginger garlic,paste can also be used

    Add 4-5 chicken boti at skewers either wooden or steel.it can be baked,grilled or fried in pan.take oil in pan. Place 2 or 3 skewers at one time according to pan size. Let it cook completely from one side thn turn to other.if needed drip oil in between

    Creamy silky malai boti is ready to be enjoyed.serve with mint raita,tamarind chutney,lemon wedges,pickled radish,onion rings,green chillies
