Kamatama Chicken Ramen

The movie, "Udon" has made Kamatama Udon very popular. I tried to eat everything Kamatama style (mixed with a beaten egg) and I found this delicious dish. I wanted to cook an easy, low-budget, and delicious dish, that anybody can recreate. This is the best recipe for that purpose.
I received a lot of creative feedback. Some people suggested "chili oil and soy sauce" "cheese and black pepper" as tasty combinations. Let me know if you add something to this when you eat. Recipe by Rokky(sinsan)

Steps
- 1
Boil the chicken ramen noodles for about a minute until the desired softness. If you pour boiled water over the noodles, rest for about 3 minutes.
- 2
Beat an egg while boiling the noodles.
- 3
Drain the boiled noodles in a sieve. You don't need to keep the soup although you may feel it's a waste!
- 4
Mix a beaten egg with the noodles. Sprinkle sesame seeds, shichimi or ichimi spice etc., if you like. I recommend shichimi spice.
