Millet Bajra muthiya is a popular Gujarati dish steamed evening snacks.
Steps

Combine the bajara flour, onion, capsicum, ginger-garlic paste, peanut, sugar, haldi powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, jeera, ajwain and 1 tbsp oil mid well and knead a dough with water.

Once the dough is ready add a pinch of baking soda and mix well.

Add 2 cups of water in a pan and cover it until it boils.

Apply a little oil on hand and divide the mixture into equal portions. Shape each portion into a cylindrical roll and steam for 8-10 minutes.

Cut into slices and keep it aside.

In a non-stick pan add oil and mustard seeds. When the seeds crackle add cumin seeds, curry leaf and saute on a medium flame for few seconds.

Serve immediately garnish with coriander.
