In a bowl combine the milk,orange zest,& vanilla extract.Whisk the chia seeds.Let the mixture rest for about 15 mints,then whisk the mizture again to break up any clumps.Cover the bowl & refrigerate for at least 2 hours or over night

Before serving stir once again to break up any clumps of chia seeds.Serve with a drizzle of orange Jelly on top & any additional toppings you might like.Garnishing with banana sliced,berries,& fresh grape serve it.This pudding will keep well in the refrigerator covered,for about 5 days.
