The Queen’s 👑👸steak nachos

For the side I used Texas roadhouse butter with the everything seasoning Italian bread. I also spicy up my sour cream and add some line juice to it. Unfortunately I had to use stew meat but its just as good.

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Cut fat off from steak and cut into small cubes... or you can buy the cubes just cut in half if they are to big.
- 2
Cook how you like the steak then set sides to rest for 5 mins.(I used the ninja foodie grill with the ninja pizza pan bc of the size of my meat)
- 3
Plate up the tortilla chips then and cooked steak the shredded cheese then the salsa and sour cream can also add shredded lettuce and other nacho toppings if you like this is my simple version.
- 4
Marinate option - add cubed meat to a zip lock add in above ingredients let marinate over night or 2-6 hrs.

Loaded nachos Loaded nachos
Poor man taco night.... i make this often , everyone in my house love tacos / nachos... I make this around the same time I make a big bowl of salad... and use some of the lettuce and tomatoes from that, I do have some picky eaters so grabbing a few extra things like a cucumber , mushrooms (when iam grocery shopping is no big deal.)for a salad. To do a pasta Night with salad .... that way all of my lettuce and tomatoes are being used up and I have no waste and two dinners.... it’s just something I always do if I make something like this or tacos ... ( this happens to be a favorite of mine , quick easy and cheap) 🌈NinjaMommaKitchen🌈 -
