Wash the peas and cut the mushroom. Take tomato, onion and green chili, ginger, and garlic chopped them roughly.

Take a pan to add 1tsp oil add onion, saute for 2 minutes then add tomatoes, ginger, garlic, and green chilies. saute for one minute then add tomatoes. then cover and cook it for 5-6 minutes. let it cool and grind it in a mixer jar to make a smooth paste.

Now take a wok add 2 tbsp oil add cumin seeds and bay leaf. saute untill they splatter now add tomato onion puree. cook it on a medium flame for 3-4 minutes then add chili powder, turmeric, and salt.mix well and cook untill it released oil. now add green peas, curd, and coriander powder.mix nicely then cover and cook on low flame for 5-6 minutes.

Check the peas they turn soft add chopped mushroom and mix well. add little water and cook it for 6-7 minutes. turn off the flame. garnish with coriander leaves. serve mutter mushroom with roti or paratha.
