Procedure:-
1. In lukewarm water add sugar, dry yeast and let it to ferment for 15minutes. - 2
2. Sieve atta in a bowl add salt, powder sugar, oil, lukewarm milk, fermented water.

3. It will turn into a sticky dough. Knead it well until it turn a soft dough.

4. Now cover it with lid and keep it at a warm place for 2-3hours.

5. To prepare filling:-
Heat a pan add oil, saute onion and garlic add tomato puree to it. Add salt, chilli flakes, black pepper, sugar, soya sauce, mix herbs, ketchup. - 6
6. Saute them together and make it dry.

7.After dough get ferment Knead it again by punching method. Divide it into 3parts.

8. Roll them separately with the help of rolling pin and using a cookie cutter or plate make 3 circular chapati.

9. In a baking tray put pachment paper and place chapati over it.

10. Apply the filling at centre add grated cheese. Now, place another chapati over it and again apply filling and cheese at centre. And place last chapati over it.

11. Put a small cookie cutter at centre and divide the corners into 16 parts

12. Now turn each part upside down to give it a star shape.

13. Now brush milk over it. Preheat micreave for 10minutes at 180 dagree.

14. Bake it for 15-18 minutes.

15. After 15-18 minutes star pull apart bread is ready.
