Clean and wash fish. On a big plate make a Masala paste of salt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, and cornflour.

Mix the fish in this paste. Marinate it for 1/2 an hour.

In a pan add oil for frying. Take the fish coat it with Rava and shallow fry the fish

Fry on both sides Now it's ready to serve with dal fry and steam rice
