These are basic vanilla muffins without egg.These are soft and fluffy and an ideal teatime delight.

Heat milk in a pan, add butter, and heat till butter melts. Put off the flame and let it cool a little bit.

Add vinegar to milk, cover the pan and leave for 10 minutes.

In a bowl, take 2 cups of all-purpose flour. Add sugar powder, baking soda, baking powder, and milk powder. Sieve.

Now milk is cuddled. Add vanilla essence. Mix.

Add all dry ingredients to the milk portion by portion.Fold gently with a spatula.

Meanwhile preheat an oven at 180 °c for 10 minutes.

Arrange paper cups on a muffin tray. Scoop out the batter to the cups. Fill the cups to 2/3 only. I have sprinkled some sesame seeds on some muffins.

Bake for 15-20 minutes.

Cool on a wire rack. Serve.
