Chocolate Muffin Mix Bread

This was inspired by my husband. He wanted something gluten-free, sweet and different. So, I did try it out as a challenge and it turned out amazing!
Chocolate Muffin Mix Bread
This was inspired by my husband. He wanted something gluten-free, sweet and different. So, I did try it out as a challenge and it turned out amazing!
Steps
- 1
Combine all ingredients together in a bowl.
- 2
Mix them up well - about 5 minutes - by using the fold in method. This will make the mix turn soft, but ensure that it is not runny.
- 3
Add the aluminium foil to the bread pan and use a non-stick spray to coat it gently. (The coating is optional and so is the foil).
- 4
Pour the mix into the arranged bread pan and make sure there are no lumps or too much batter stuck at one place.
- 5
Let it cook for 40 mins in the oven for about 375°F. Once done, check using a toothpick or fork or knife to see if that comes clean. If cooked, the pick/fork/knife would be clean when you remove it. Else put the bread pan to bake in the oven again for extra time.
- 6
Once cooked through, let it cool atleast 1 hour. Remove from the pan. The turn the bread and cut off slices of the loaf.
- 7
Additionally: you can also squeeze Hershey's chocolate syrup between two layers and pipe with whipped cream on top to look fancy.
