  • 3eggs
  • 1unseeded ripe tomatoe
  • 1green pepper
  • 1red onion
  • 2tspoon of cooking oil
  • pinchsalt
  • leavescabbage

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the tomatoes,pepper, cabbage and onions into small cuts.Place in a bowl

  2. 2

    Beat eggs in a bowl and whisk slowly till done.

  3. 3

    Add the chopped pepper,c abbage, onion and tomatoe in the egg and mix slowly.

  4. 4

    Preheat the pan and brush with cooking oil. Pour in the egg mixture and cook on both sides for 1 minute till cooked.
