My husband and I came up with this recipe on the weekend. You can make this with leftovers, so it's easy and quick to prepare!

Ingredients

1 serving

50 gramsPork
1as much (to taste) Green onion or scallion
2to 3 cm Daikon radish
3cm Tubed ginger
40 mlMentsuyu (concentrate)
1 tspSesame oil
1 bunchSomen noodles

Steps

Stir fry the pork (cut into small pieces) with sesame oil.

Slice the leeks and add into a bowl with ginger, mentsuyu and cooked pork.

Put the grated daikon on top and it's done!
