Add all above ingredients and make dough not to much hard

Now give rest to dough for 15 to 20 minutes and cover with wet cloth

Now roll the like roti and cut small circles and again cover with wet cloth and leave for 5 minutes

Now fry that puri at medium flame it will puff like a ball your crispy and crunchy puri is ready

Note : when you fry puri don’t press with spoon it will raise itself

Note 2 : when you take out puri from oil put it one by one and let it be cool don’t put over and over

Enjoy your puri with boiled chana, sweet yogurt and imli chutney and khatta water
