Steps

Cube the chicken. Chop peppers and onions into bite size pieces

Brown chicken in frying pan (lidded) with olive oil

Add onions and peppers and cook until starting to soften.

Add prawns and peas.
- 5
Add rice and turmeric and mix.
- 6
Add veg stock and heat gently with lid on until rice has absorbed liquid
- 7
Serve with lots of black pepper
